Ingredients:
• 6 large egg whites
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
• 6 large egg yolks
• 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
• 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ Media Crema, or 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2/3 cup (5 fluid-ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
•1 cup heavy whipping cream
•2 tablespoons granulated sugar
STEPS:

1. For the sponge cake, beat the egg whites until they form firm peaks. Add the salt and sugar in the form of rain and beat until you get a meringue. Add the vanilla essence and the egg yolks.
