 The avocado salad is a typical dish that is made in the city of Moquegua, it is a delicius combination of flavors and textures that highilights the freshness and creaminess of this nutritious tropical fruit. The undisputed protagonist of this preparation is the avocado, also known as avocado, which stands out for it's soft and buttery flesh of an intense green color.

                    A RECIPE FOR AVOCADO SALAD 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 avocado 
  • 2 tabes pons lime juice 
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, minced
  • 2 tables pons olive oil
  • 1 tables poon of apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 teas poon salt, conforme to taste
  • pepper (freshly-cracked, or ground)
  • a handful of cilantro leaves (optional)

Directions: 

  1. First, wash the ingredients that ate the avocado, onion and pepper.
  2. Then, peel and dice the avocados and mix with the lemon juice, chop the onion and pepper.
  3. Next, combine the onion, bell pepper and avocado in a bowl.
  4. After that preparation of the dressing: mix the vinegar oil and salt.
  5. Finally, serving:Drizle the vinagraitte over the avocado salad, and sprinkle with pepper to taste, and more salt if you find it neccesary. Decorate with cilantro leaves, serve inmediately

You can accompany this avocado salad with and ice cream soda that can be a passion fruit soda.
