PREPARATION
1. First cut the fish into squares ,only the portion that you going to eat.
2. Then season the cut fish with salt ,minced gartic , Chili,and the lemon juice a few minutes.
3. Next mixed the fish whit cut onion and cut parsley
4. After that, cut the sweet potate in two.
5. Finally, serve the mix of fish and onion with a lettuce leaf and the slicea of sweet potate, and enjoy :)
NOTES:
You could company with a dilicious Moquegua wine.
