INGREDIENTS:
60 milliliters of pisco
30 milliliters of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
30 milliliters of condensed milk
1 egg white

Procedure:
1. First, in a blender, add the pisco, lemon juice, condensed milk, vanilla essence and egg white.
2. Next add enough ice to fill the blender about halfway.
3. We close the blender well and blend vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix all the ingredients and achieve a creamy consistency.
