Pepian de cuy

 PEPIAN DE CUY 🐹

Ingredients:                                                                                               SERVINGS: 2 PEOPLE 

- 1 large guinea pig                                                                                     PREP TIME: 20 MIN 

- 200 grams of corn flour                                                                            COOK TIME: 15 MIN 

- 2 red onions, cut into small squares

- 1 tablespoon of ground garlic

- 50 grams of ground peanuts

- 1/2 cup of ground aji panca

- 1/4 cup of boiled water

- 6 yellow potatoes, parboiled

-Oil

- Cumin to taste

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.First, wash and clean the quine pig very well cut in four or more pieces depending on the sí e ig ig.

2. Then, now in a container, season the pieces of the guinea pig with cumin, add the salt well on beth sides

3. Next, let a drizzle of oil heat in a frying pan and let the guinea pig fry until bolh sider are completely.

4. After that, add halt a cup of aji panca and mix everthing and let it cook over medium heat for at leart fifteen minutes.

5. Finally, add the six yellow potatoes, let cook and mix.
